Once I brought back the colors of my true self everything just became healthier

Once I brought back the colors of my true self everything just became healthier. She is holding Wilson the bear named after Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys, made by Nina R Salerno.

“Once I brought back the colors of my true self everything just became healthier.”

Seeing things in a very unique way to where it is not just in black-and-white like there’s lots and lots of colors. Like being really upset for so long that I just could only see black-and-white and really trying so hard and then growing up and realizing that it is way better to see every color every moment. That has really inspired me to help bring that out in other people because it can be so much more full than just black-and-white. Why live like that if you don’t have to? Just how full life can be, not just colors, but with everything, people.

Being with an ex-boyfriend that I really really thought I had to look a certain and be a certain way, it really bored me and ate away at me. I’ve never been more miserable and once I brought back the colors of my true self everything just became healthier and better and brighter. Every single moment even in the darkest moments, there was still bright light in me.

I do have a stuffed animal and I sleep with him every night and probably when I get a new boy boyfriend I’m still going to sleep with him, hopefully. He was a gift from when I was 9 and he has moved with me back-and-forth from Australia and every apartment I lived in. He’s a little bear but he’s beautiful and he has all these different colors on his little overall outfit. He’s so cute. He doesn’t even have a name. He makes me happy every time I look at him.
