“Eventually the discomfort falls apart”

I was born in Nicaragua. It was hard to get adjusted to society and then being gay added on top of that. I came here at the age of 12 so I didn’t feel like I belonged. It was rejection and hard to adapt. Eventually I learned to get stronger and I survived and now I am more comfortable and I feel like I belong here.  Now it is home.

The struggles and the fallings and the constant feeling of rejection, it just kind of builds you up. Eventually the discomfort falls apart.

When I was little I had a teddy bear it was kind of like yours it was brown and it was dirty I had it a very long time. And it had curly hair. I was attracted to it because it was ragged like me, not good enough.
