Is my Perfect Reject clean?

Yes, we wash or dry clean our Perfect Rejects before we “artize” it. There may be stains from prior use and these imperfections, life scars, only add to the characteristic of each Perfect Reject.

I really love Perfect Reject #004 but it has a sold sign. When will another one be available?

My Perfect Reject's color looks different than how it looked on my monitor. Why?

Since monitor settings and colors vary, your Perfect Reject’s color may differ from what you see on your monitor.

Where do all these Perfect Rejects come from?

We go to thrift stores and estate sales on a regular basis to find the “perfect” candidate for a Perfect Reject.

How are they made?

After the perfect candidate is found it is disassembled, inverted, parts added and/or removed then resurrected. I make esthetic decisions to further its unique characteristics. Once started the process drives itself.

I ordered my Perfect Reject and can't wait to get it. When will it arrive?

For US orders we ship USPS Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 days. We do offer Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 days. For international orders we ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 6-10 days. We do offer Priority Mail Express which takes 3-5 days. We are NOT responsible for Customs or Brokerage Fees and taxes. Please be aware that all items over $20USD may incur customs fees depending on your country’s laws. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering. NOTE: Shipping times are based on USPS estimates. In some cases delivery can be delayed because of unforeseen circumstances such as: bad weather, customs, high volume shipping, etc.

What happens after I place my order?

Please allow 2-3 days before shipment is sent out but if it is urgent send us an email letting us know and we will figure something out. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed that coming Monday.

What do you accept for payment?

We accept PayPal. If you chose this method, a PayPal icon will appear at the end of your order. Click on the icon to be re-directed to PayPal where you can confirm the payment. All PayPal payments must be confirmed within 48 hours of order and if not the order will be cancelled. If you prefer to pay by card over the phone please call us at 626-470-3767.

Shipping

We use USPS Priority Shipping for all of our United States customers. Priority mail usually delivers packages in 2-3 business days. It also includes a tracking number so that you can locate your package. We will e-mail the tracking number that can be used at www.usps.com.

International Orders

We are no longer able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a custom’s number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent.
International buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Perfect Reject is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
If the buyer refuses shipment for any reason, we will refund the buyer for their purchase, minus the freight cost, once we receive the return.

Duties

Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it’s your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.

Lost Packages

Perfect Reject is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy!
The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 15 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. You’ll have to cover the return shipping (unless the item is damaged upon arrival in which case we’ll cover the return shipping too), but we’ll give you store credit or a refund for any item you want to return! We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment minus a 10% restocking fee within 7 days. Private Policy

Perfect Reject respects your personal information. Your information is confidential as we do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.
We do not store your credit card, debit card or PayPal account details on our server or systems.
The information we collect through our order forms and contact pages includes your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, order history, credit card info, expiration date, mailing address, email addresses, and comments. We use this information to process your orders, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or products to make them better. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own database system.
As part of being a customer at Perfect Reject, you will occasionally receive email updates on special events and new merchandise. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out.
