“I feel completely at home anywhere and with anybody”
I grew up in a small town in northern New Mexico and it was a Hispanic town. That was 35 years ago. I was the only kid that had light eyes, light hair and I was constantly picked on, teased, never part of the group. Later in life it made me realize…it gave me a tough skin, so now, I feel completely at home anywhere and with anybody. I guess the insecurities kind of come out sometimes, I don’t know. It was a tough time growing up very tough time.
When I was little I played with boy’s toys a lot so I liked trucks and things. No, I had dolls too and Curious George.
