It’s finding love within yourself and once you do you’re able to share it with everyone else

I knew when I was in college that I wanted to work for myself and I knew that college had brought me to a point where I didn’t need to be there anymore. I was secure but I didn’t have a job, it was the unrealistic thing, you have to finish college to get a great job. I had to be true to myself. The circumstances were that there were financial issues that were happening at that time and it’s a weird battle, do you follow your heart or do you go where they say the money is going to be, you have to finish college. And I went with my heart. And the trust in that led me to my mentors and other people that related to my story of being an entrepreneur and striving to be who you want to be.

Listening to my heart has inspired me to the story that I’m telling now about love. It’s finding love within yourself and once you do you’re able to share it with everyone else. And that’s why I look the way I do now.

I had a dream about myself in the future with colored dreads and from that I listen to every step of my dreams. I was trying to find a connection of what is that deep feeling in my heart. The way I look now is because of that dream. The art series I do also came from my dream and that opened more doors. Listen to your heart and follow your dreams.

I had tons of stuff animals when I was little. I had a tiger which I made a tiger stature of that really influenced my work. I had Barney. I love dinosaurs. They were a comfort.
