“I started to feel I was back in society”
When I first came into the country, I was in Canada. I feel quite lonely because people cannot accept people from the outside. If I do not speak fluent English they might not even talk to me. So I was feeling very isolated from the other part of the country.
I started to learn that this is the way society is. I started to learn how to get along with people and how to speak a better language. I learned how to fit into this situation. Then I started to feel I was back in society. Finally I feel like i’m talking with other people and going to different social activities.
Overtime I started to heal. I’m actually traveling by myself all the way to California from Vancouver BC.
When I was little I had a stuffed animal his name was Mimi. It was my close friend. I would talk to it a lot even share my inside stories. Your Wilson looks kind of lonely and needs some story to warm it up.
