I’m just overall blessed to still be here

I’ve been homeless for like 10 years or so. That just had a different effect on my childhood and what not. It has help me see things from a different perspective. Its taught me a lot. It showed me how to appreciate things, more things in life. I’m just overall blessed to still be here at this moment, to even give this kind of interview, sincerely. 

When I was little I had this bear that this girl gave me and I kept it for a while. It meant a lot to me because it came from a special place. She gave it as a gift but it comes from her heart. I never really told her how much it meant to me but it meant a lot. I knew it was pretty special.
